Shipping costs:
-Peninsular shipments: Free on orders of +70€
-Balearic Islands: 3.5€
-Canary Islands 12 + 36 of customs DUA (Independent of us). Shipments to the Canary Islands are not in 24/48H as they leave on Thursdays by boat, so it can take up to 1 week if they are ordered on a Friday, for example, since it could not leave until the following Thursday to the destination address.. 
Shipments are not made to Ceuta and Melilla.
The size changes will be done for free  in any of our physical stores or in ourChange form. .  
The client will have 14 calendar days to make changes and returns, from the day the customer receives the product, without any penalty and without indicating the reasons. The product must be in perfect condition and must keep its original packaging.
You can make the return for free in any of our physical stores.
Or filling ourreturn form and wait for Customer Service to contact you. We will send you a return label so that you can take the package together with the label (It can be on the mobile or printed) to any Post Office.

For international shipments, the customer must assume the shipping costs depending on the Country, as well as the associated costs in case of returns or changes.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal must be carried out by means of a notification, by contacting the email, sending your writing to our postal address CALLE CONDE ALTEA Nº1 BAJO, VALENCIA 46005. The notification must include the order number as well as the ticket of the purchase made where the date of this will appear.
According to the provisions of article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of consumers and Users, the supplies of services or goods made in accordance with the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized, or that, by their nature, cannot be returned or can deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return/exchange in store:
You only have to go to the store with the products and the purchase receipt (the product must be in perfect condition and keep its original packaging, if you cannot go personally, another person can go with what is necessary to make the change or return.
Return of the defective product.
In the event that the product is not in good condition and the causes are not the result of the client, the latter will have the right to return the product, informing CODIARCH SQUAD SL of the reason for return through any of the means provided in the present contracting conditions, and at no cost to the client. The client will have up to 365 calendar days to request the exchange/return in the event that it has a manufacturing defect. CODIARCH SQUAD SL undertakes to assume the cost of the return and to return the product for a new one in accordance with the conditions accepted in the time of sale.

These products are those purchased with a discount on their original price with discount codes, catalog reduction on their original price and all products belonging to the outlet category.t”
