Welcome to TUILUS.
The terms “we”, “us”, “our” or “the company” refer to CODIARCH SQUAD S.L, owner of the Tuilus brand and of the website www.tuilus.com.
Tuilus operates this store and website, including all information, content, features, tools, products and services available (the “Services”). Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products.
By accessing, browsing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Services.

SECTION 1: USERS AND RESPONSIBILITY
By browsing or using the website, you become a user.
The user agrees to:
- Provide truthful, current and complete information.
- Use the site appropriately, in accordance with the law, morality and public order.
- Not carry out unlawful activities or activities contrary to these Terms.
The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from their account.
SECTION 2: PRODUCTS
Tuilus designs and makes handcrafted women's footwear, specialising in clogs, using high-quality materials.
Product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible, although colours may vary depending on the user's device.
We reserve the right to:
- Change descriptions or prices without prior notice.
- Limit quantities.
- Remove products from the catalogue.
SECTION 3: ORDERS
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy.
The order will not be accepted until:
- It is confirmed by email.
- Payment has been received and validated.
We reserve the right to refuse orders for justified reasons.
Purchases are for personal use only, not for commercial resale.
SECTION 4: PRICES AND BILLING
All prices:
- Are shown in euros (€).
- Include VAT.
Shipping costs to mainland Spain depend on the order amount:
- From €100: free shipping (2-4 working days) or express shipping (1-2 working days) for €3.50.
- From €50 to €99.99: express shipping (1-2 working days) for €3.50.
- Under €50: express shipping (1-2 working days) for €5.
Balearic Islands: €3.50. We do not currently ship directly to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. For international shipments, the cost is calculated at checkout based on the destination. More information in our shipping policy.
Prices may differ between the online store and the physical store.
SECTION 5: SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
Estimated delivery time in mainland Spain: 2 to 4 working days with free shipping and 1 to 2 working days with express shipping, depending on location.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays attributable to the carrier.
- Incorrect details provided by the user.
- External circumstances beyond our control.
Risk in the product passes to the customer upon delivery.
SECTION 6: EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You have 15 calendar days from receipt of your order to request an exchange or a return. For orders placed from 23 to 30 November, the period is extended until 10 January. The product must be unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
You can request it through our exchange or return form.
Returns
- With our label: €3.50 on any order, whatever the amount, deducted from the refund. We will email you the label, and you must drop off the parcel at a Correos post office with the label printed or on your phone.
- On your own: if you send us the parcel by your own means, at your own shipping cost, the €3.50 is not deducted.
- At our Valencia store (Calle Conde de Altea 1): free, with no minimum amount.
We refund the price of the returned products, excluding the original shipping costs, if any. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 7 working days from when we receive and check the product. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment platform.
Exchanges
- Orders from €100 (mainland Spain): free size exchange. We send you the new size and collect the previous one in the same delivery.
- Orders under €100 (mainland Spain): you can send us the product on your own and we will send the exchange as soon as we receive it or, for €3.50, we send you the new size and collect the previous one in the same delivery.
- Balearic Islands: exchanges are handled as a return and a new order.
- International: exchanges and returns are at the customer's expense.

SECTION 7: PAYMENT METHODS
We accept:
- VISA and Mastercard cards
- PayPal
- Klarna (pay later)
Transactions are processed through secure platforms.
SECTION 8: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content (texts, images, logos, designs, photographs, videos, etc.) is the property of CODIARCH SQUAD S.L.
Its reproduction, distribution or use without express authorisation is prohibited.
SECTION 9: THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We are not responsible for the content or availability of external websites linked from our site.
SECTION 10: DATA PROTECTION
We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Users may exercise their rights of:

SECTION 11: RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides us with the technological infrastructure.
However, the sale is made directly between the customer and CODIARCH SQUAD S.L.
Shopify is not responsible for transactions made in our store.
SECTION 12: ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, incorrect prices or inaccurate information at any time, even after an order has been placed.
SECTION 13: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by Spanish law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or of the products purchased.
SECTION 14: GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
Any disputes will be submitted to the Courts of Valencia, Spain.
SECTION 15: CHANGES
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time.
