Shipping policy
Shipping
- Mainland Spain: free shipping on orders over €100 (2-4 business days). Express shipping (1-2 business days): €3.50 on orders over €50 and €5 on orders under €50. Free Correos post office pickup on orders over €100. Cash on delivery: €6.
- Balearic Islands: €3.50.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: we don't currently ship directly. You can receive your order through an external parcel-forwarding service.
- International: the cost is calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Exchange and return period
You have 15 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request an exchange or a return. Items must be unworn, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
For orders placed from 23 to 30 November, the period is extended until 10 January.
Exchanges
- Orders over €100 (mainland Spain): free size exchange. We send you the new size and collect the previous one in the same delivery.
- Orders under €100 (mainland Spain): send us the item yourself and we'll ship your exchange as soon as we receive it, or for €3.50 we send you the new size and collect the previous one in the same delivery.
- Balearic Islands: exchanges are handled as a return and a new order.
- International: exchanges are at the customer's expense, including return shipping costs.
Returns
- With our label: €3.50 on every order, whatever the amount, deducted from your refund.
- On your own: if you send the parcel back yourself (at your own shipping cost), we don't deduct the €3.50. We refund the full price of the items, excluding the original shipping costs, if any.
- At our store in Valencia (Calle Conde de Altea nº 1): free, no minimum order.
- International: returns are at the customer's expense.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 business days at most from when we receive and check the item.
