• Orders over €100: free shipping in 2-4 business days, or express in 1-2 business days for €3.50.
• Orders under €100: express shipping in 1-2 business days (€3.50; €5 on orders under €50).

• Time limit: 15 calendar days from delivery to exchange or return. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
• Free size exchange on orders over €100: we send you the new size and collect the previous one in the same delivery. On orders under €100 it costs €3.50, or you can send the item back yourself and we'll ship the exchange.
• Returns: €3.50 with our label on every order, whatever the amount (deducted from your refund). If you send it back yourself (at your own shipping cost), we don't deduct the €3.50. You can also return it at our store in Valencia. Refunds within 7 business days at most.
